Surgical Information
- What is pre-anesthetic blood work?
We recommend all pets have blood work prior to surgery to ensure adequate organ function and red and white blood cell levels. The knowledge we gain from blood work allows us to tailor the anesthetic plan to best fit your pet’s individual needs.
- How long do the sutures stay in after my pet's surgery?
Procedures involving sutures require them to be removed in 14 days following the surgery.
